Nick Martin
Director of Operations/Broker
Nick has been a licensed Broker since 2008, closing over 2000 homes in his career. His current role is overseeing the operations, onboarding new investor clients, structuring creative deals and finding new opportunities.
Annette Martin
Realtor/Director of Design
Annette has been licensed since 2003 and brings a veteran mind when acquiring or disposing of real estate. She also heads up the design division to ensure our properties are trendy and relevant with timeless remodels.
Ben Vermillion
Director of Construction & Logistics
Ben is a retired police officer for the City of Phoenix and has joined forces with Nick and Annette to head up the construction division. He brings his detective mind set and work ethic to ensure all our projects are on budget and on time.
